Jackie Lewis is an entrepreneur, business woman, singer, actress, fashion model, swimmer, designer, mentor, chef, yoga instructor, and health and wellness coach.

Jackie studied business at the San Francisco State College.  She moved to New York to pursue her dream of business ownership.  She worked as a sales clerk, hostess and a bookkeeper before opening her first business---“Pourqui Boutique”on St. Marks Place in lower Manhattan.  This high end boutique featured special occasion clothing by young up and coming American designers including Rudi Gernreich, Giorgio di Sant’ Angelo, and Scott Barrie. In 1966, her store was robbed, so Jackie moved to Paris with her boyfriend and did print and runway modeling for couture houses including Yves Saint Laurent.

Jackie returned to NY to open her second business--- “Le Grand Hotel” boutique, which was known as a store for women who dare to be different, on St. Mark’s Place in Manhattan’s East Village.  In 1972, she moved “Le Grand Hotel” to Soho, pioneering the first boutique in an area which is now a world renowned fashion community.

In 1987, she relocated to Negril, Jamaica and built Jackie’s on the Reef, a Wellness Guest House Spa and retreat for de-stressing, healing and connecting with one’s inner self.  Jackie’s on the Reef currently ranks number eight out of 94 hotels in Negril by Trip Advisor.

Jackie mentors young leaders and entrepreneurs through her participation on numerous boards, foundations and as an active member of the Rotary Club of Negril.
